JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Italian restaurant is at the heart of the Eastern Suburbs 

You will run all aspects of the Italian restaurant, including expereince working with Pasta dishes and Fish. 

We require a chef to be part of our kitchen staff and join our team.

The position requires someone who can concentrate, learn and works well with others. In return for your skills, we offer a competitive rate of pay and career development opportunities.

Chef de Partie
Commis Chef
Executive Chef
Pastry Chef
Sous chef
Baker

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Flexible multitasking skills
  • A team player
  • are available for a full time postion 
  • have worked in that role in restaurants of similar standard (min 3 years)
  • have a passion, creativity and knowledge of food
  • work calmly in a busy environment
  • are reliable, flexible and love what you do

Regular training provided.

Posibility to provide sponsorship after probation
